Superb service, can't fault it and I live in Hackney, east London, a LONG way from Harlow. Warren came on recommendation; he was punctual, kept appointments and while not cheap was excellent value. Like another comment below, my 'deadish' PC now works better than ever - more memory, cleaned out and good for a while!

An excellent service in all respects, including updates to confirm Warren's anticipated arrival with us. Our desk-top had collapsed (old age!) and we couldn't access anything on it, but from the initial call to 'BrilliantIT' until the data transfer onto my refreshed laptop, we were reassured with patience and confidence. We were very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending the team.

Quick and very helpful. I wish I'd known about Warren years ago. The seemingly clapped out PC I called him in for is now better than it was when it was brand new, and he gave me useful advice about keeping it that way.
